.fig files are edited with xfig (logo / tshirt)

africa.fig comes with xfig (I think).

afnog-africa-map.fig is just africa.fig with some countries filled
with green or yellow.  (When editing, ensure that Lesotho is visible.
Filling South Africa with colour can easily make Lesotho invisible.)

The Makefile knows how to combine afnog-africa-map.fig with
afnog-stamp-rotated.png.
